We use a polyester resin; shore hardness 70D; process type injection molding; excellent physical properties; applications include casters, gears, sprockets, sporting equipment, industrial; FDA1680 and 2600 compliant.
Our resin exhibits excellent fuel and oil resistance. It also provides high firmness, tensile, and tear properties. Our natural color resin meets the terms with FDA food-contact regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 177.2600, subject to the limitations of these and any other applicable regulations. Typical products include caster wheels, gears, sprockets, and sporting equipment.
